Q: The drone is connected, but there is no image when opening the APP?
A: In this case, the APP generally does not have network permissions. Please go to mobile phone settings -> privacy permission settings to check whether you have network permissions. If you have turned on network permissions and there are still no images, please contact the seller for help.

Q: Got images but can't take videos/photos?
A: Please check whether the APP has permission to access the photo album. If it has permission, please check whether the phone storage space is full.

Q: Is the real-time image stuck?
A: Drone image transmission uses Wi-Fi transmission and is affected by environmental interference. Please try in an environment with less interference.

Q: The APP cannot control the drone?
A: For drone control, remote control control usually takes priority. When the remote controller is connected, the APP cannot control the drone.
